I found Arch Restoration on the Better Business Bureau website and gave them a call. I instantly liked Sam because he didn't sound like a salesman. It was easy to schedule an appointment for him to come and provide an estimate. He explained things very simply and was honest with us about what needed to be done. We received our estimate and report from him the very next day and submitted it to our insurance company. Once approved and payment was issued Sam got us on the schedule for the work to be completed right away. We had drywall, painting, tile and new carpet installed. Everyone in his crews that came to our home were fast and professional. They were quick to fix anything I wanted done to my specifications and they left my home clean, they respected my home. We had a leak in our living room and I had been calling contractors all week long. All of them said they couldn't make it out until over a week later. Sam came by the next day! He worked with our Insurance Adjuster and made that side of things so much easier. A couple weeks later and our house looks better than it did before. The whole team was always very professional. I worked from home on some of the days work was being done and they were always very respectful of that. We appreciate Arch and can't thank them enough! My family's home suffered water damage and our flooring and kitchen were damaged. I was referred to Arch Restoration and the service they provided was great. The workers are very experienced, work quickly, and are very professional. They were also very helpful when it came to working with my insurance and made the process much easier. We had pipe leak that was gradual and insurance did not cover.  We contacted Sam and Arch and they were with us every step of the way during the restoration and reconstruction of our damaged bedrooms.
